Shipping Zone Restrictions: We currently only ship to the ten Canadian provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan). We do not offer shipping services to the following regions: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We apologize that we cannot ship products to these areas.

Address Restrictions: Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses so make sure to enter a physical address.

Import Responsibility: When ordering from Deepace, you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Your order will typically not incur handling charges or customs duties.

Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the order has already shipped.

Installation Advisory: Due to the possibility of unforeseen issues, we strongly recommend that you wait until the status of your order has been received and verified before making any work to begin using your new Deepace product.
