Shipping Policy
We are focused on ensuring that items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Your total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time and the Shipping Time.
- Processing Time: The time between when you place an order and when we ship it (1 - 3 business days).
- Shipping Time: The time between when your order has been shipped and when it is delivered to you.
Please note: Business days are Monday~Friday (excluded holidays and weekends).

Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. We can accept return requests within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since you received the item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We require pictures of the damaged or incorrect goods to evaluate the issue and process your refund or replacement.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet all the following conditions:
ALL returned products must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, and in SALABLE CONDITION with the original factory seal intact.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
We strongly recommend you keep your original packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
For items that are opened, used, or unsalable, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund or no refund.
How to Initiate a Return

We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must accompany the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), you will receive a full refund.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., change of mind, purchased wrong item), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are due a refund, the cost of any return shipping you are responsible for may be deducted from your refund.
